EQUIPMENT & SETTING UP
The Beauty of Blackness Fine Art Show does not provide booth displays, or other equipment, so artists must provide their own Pro Panel display as well as lights, electricity will be provided. Pro Panels will be the only display walls excepted. If you have questions, please email thebeautyofblacknessfas@gmail.com

EXHIBIT SPACE REQUEST
Unlike other shows, a space can be requested but there is never any guarantee. Please make sure that you understand this before applying. The Art Show Committee looks at several factors such as: visual impact, flow of foot traffic, and “shaking up” the look of each new show aesthetically. Again, show staff seeks a clean, uncluttered, gallery-type look in art displays. Show staff determines placement of artists based on display photos/drawings.

Booth Fees Due: Booth fees due in full at time of acceptance.
SHOW FEES
Artist pay a $750 and retain all sale (a 25% commision will be charge to work sold via the Beauty Of Blackness Fine Art Show website) from Sept 5 - Sept 8. There will be opportunity for some artist that can not attend the show to purchase wall space. Artist wishing to purchase wall space may ship artwork to the show for display wall space free $350 plus shipping cost, (There is a 3 piece maximum). Any work shipped to the show must be insured and have a return shipping label. All shipped work must arrive no later than August 15th. Artist will be responsible for all shipping of work to buyers.(a 25% commision will be charge to work sold from wall space area) All payments due at time of application acceptance.
ARTIST ATTENDANCE
All artists are required to be present and represent their work, and only their work, in person, on all days of the show!

Thursday, Sept 5 - Sept 8- Show open 12pm – 6pm,
Friday, September 6- Show open 10- 6 at 6- 9pm, First Friday Art Reception
Saturday, September 7 – Show open 11- 9
Sunday, September 8 – Show open 11- 5
