Pro Panels are the only display walls accepted for The Beauty of Blackness Fine Art Show. Booth walls are not provided by the show; however, we have a limited number of Pro Panels available for rent. Artists must supply their own Pro Panels and lighting. Limited Electricity Available. Wifi is not Available If you have any questions, please email us at thebeautyofblacknessfas@gmail.com.
EXHIBIT SPACE REQUEST
Unlike other shows, a space can be requested but there is never any guarantee. Please make sure that you understand this before applying. The Art Show Committee looks at several factors such as: visual impact, flow of foot traffic, and “shaking up” the look of each new show aesthetically. Again, show staff seeks a clean, uncluttered, gallery-type look in art displays. Show staff determines placement of artists based on display photos/drawings.

Booth Fees Due: Booth fees due in full at time of acceptance.
Booth and Wall Fee
Single Space: $850
No Double Space
Corner: $250 Festival in person
Festival Gallery Wall Space: $450 (3 painting limit, maximum size 30 in any direction) this is open to Artist that can not attend the show but want to have a physical presence. (There is a 25% commission with wall space) All work shipped to the show must be insured and have a return shipping label.
Shipped work must arrive no later than August 25th.
Artist is responsible for all shipping of work to buyers. (This is for Art purchased online via our websiter)
ARTIST ATTENDANCE
All artists are required to be present and represent their work, and only their work, in person, on all days of the show!
